I've been going to The Nail Spa at Ibn Battuta for 6 years because the spa experience there is amazing, relaxing and welcoming. The therapists who stand out are the massage therapist Kit, who is the best masseuse I've ever had anywhere in the world. Kit is so responsive to the client's needs and preferences, and goes above and beyond. Also, the nail therapist Rubella is so thorough and precise and always gives me a beautiful gel manicure. She's patient with me in choosing my nail color and applying my nail stones exactly how I want them. Can't recommend this spa and these ladies enough! A+ service. Read less

So much quality and value for the prices we pay and which they also kept almost the same for all those years. They use the best products, they respect their business and always up-to date. I’ve been in Dubai for 2 decades and have probably tried every large chain nail salon and The Nail Spa and its staff always deliver. Every technician is polite and professional and I’ve had very little cause to ask for tweaks or corrections. They always worked hard to accommodate any changes in scheduling I may need which is super appreciated since the days and weeks can get away from you in a moment. Shout out to my girl Ana for her service and calm energy! The privacy curtains are a nice touch too! Thanks ladies for all you do! Read less
