Amazing service and ambiance. I am a regular for more than a year now. Shoutout to Apple for mani and Misceil for pedi (she is amazing ولا غلطة i do footlogix treatment on a monthly basis with her). For hair, blow-dry Cybelle. I highly recommend Loft in Dubai Mall - (but the white gel bottle inc is not recommended it starts chipping after 4 days). Aasmita for eyebrows threading and wax. I have been going to the loft for more than 10 years already. They are number 1 best hair and nails salon in the UAE. It is impossible to come here and be disappointed. All the ladies are super well trained and skilled. Very friendly and accommodating staff, professional and courteous. You will always leave in a better mood.
