He is very professional and made sure I was comfortable and informed the whole time of what he will be doing with my hair, Fadi also took the time to educate me on how to take care of my hair better. I was visiting Dubai and was in desperate need of a haircut. I decided to try my luck at Alkemy at the Palm. Souad, took care of my haircut and kindly suggested a toner. I was in love with my hair after she finished. I loved how fast she completed the haircut, toner and blow-dry and I didn't need to waste hours at the salon. Very professional and very friendly, she genuinely cared about my concerns and gave me such good recommendations. I have now found my hairstylist in Dubai. Read less
